As a part of the pre-season training in Goa, the Odisha FC players had a wonderful session of beach foot-volley on Thursday. The players were had a wonderful time together at the beach and sweated out hard during the foot-volley matches. There were some very exciting moments for the players and after the crossbar challenge a few days ago, this was another lovely team-building exercise planned out by the coaching team.

Speaking about the session, Assistant Coach Kino explained, “The session was good. We have to do something different during the training sessions as a part of team building. First, we started with some core exercises with the Strength and Conditioning Coach and after that, we organised a league with six teams playing foot-volley."
 

After a grueling week of training and practice, it was a great beach day for the players, and the team led by Javi Hernández was crowned champions at the end.
