Speaking on his return to the Juggernauts, Josep has made his intentions very clear on the things he wants to achieve in the upcoming season.

The Spaniard says, "I’m so happy & excited to be back at Odisha FC and also looking forward to coaching in India once again. I like the country, the people and its culture. Also, the commitment that the Indian players show in every single training session and the competitive games adds to the entire experience.

Josep adds, "The Indian Super League is growing year on year and is showing a lot of promise. I like to be involved in a competition of such stature."

On being appointed as Head Coach, he says,  "I’m so grateful to the ownership of the club and the trust that they have shown in me by bringing me back to the club. I promise we will work very hard to give our best in the upcoming season."

He then concludes by saying, "After 2 years the team will return to Odisha. We are back home. We have the responsibility to the people of Odisha who will come to the Kalinga Stadium to enjoy the way we play. We will need the support of all the fans. Ama Team. Ama Game."
