Odisha FC is back in Indian Super League action as they take on Kerala Blasters at the Kalinga Stadium tonight.

After an unfortunate defeat in the Kalinga Super Cup Final, Sergio Lobera's side will be motivated to shake off the result and return back to winning ways.

Diego Mauricio and Ahmed Jahouh were both on target in the final and the boss will expect his side to fight for all three points at home.

The Kalinga Warriors have been busy in the winter transfer window. They have roped in Vignesh Dakshinamurthy, and Hitesh Sharma to reinforce key positions within the squad. Hitesh was the latest one to arrive and started training with the squad this week, his availability will be decided by the boss closer to the game.

Mourtada Fall misses out on this game due to a suspension he is serving from the final of the Kalinga Super Cup. Amrinder Singh is back and training with the squad post-fulfillment of his national team duties at the AFC Asian Cup 2023 in Qatar.

The club has also seen several departures mainly loan deals highlighting the club's philosophy to provide the right opportunities and ample game-time to its younger players.

Kerala Blasters FC

Most recently the Blasters failed to qualify for the Kalinga Super Cup knockout rounds, Ivan's side will be eager to hit the ground running tonight against Odisha FC. 

KBFC slipped down to the second spot yesterday due to FC Goa's win over HFC. Several changes have been to the squad with playmaker Adrian Luna out for the season along with Kwame Peprah. Justine was recalled from his loan spell with Gokulam Kerala FC.

The Blasters have acquired the services of Lithuanian Fedor Cernych to replace an injured Luna. Another boost to Ivan's midfield options is Jeakson Singh who is back with the squad after recovering from a long-term injury.
