In the 30th minute, Cynthia doubled Odisha FC's lead with a powerful strike at the far post courtesy of a beautiful cross from Juli that left the goalkeeper with no chance. With a two-goal lead, OFC continued to dominate possession and create chances.
Just before the end of the first half, Faustina scored Odisha FC's third goal with a clinical finish from inside the box. This put the game almost out of reach for CRPF, who were struggling to get a foothold in the game.

In the second half, the girls continued to press forward and create chances, with Bala Devi leading the charge. In the 65th minute, Bala scored a belter of a goal from outside the box, putting Odisha FC up 5-0.
Just two minutes later, Jasoda made it 6-0 as she pounced on a loose ball, and drove it past the defense and the keeper.
With six goals and a clean sheet, Odisha FC sent a message to the rest of the league that they will be a force to be reckoned with this season. Overall, it was a great debut performance by #TheEasternDragons in the Hero IWL, with multiple players contributing to the team's success.
