In an interesting social media interaction, Watford FC’s Head Coach Xisco Muñoz reacted to a video posted by Odisha FC on Twitter in which Head Coach Kiko Ramirez was seen showing his football skills.

Commenting below that particular Tweet, the Watford Head Coach wrote in Spanish, “La calidad nunca se pierde @enkikos.” This translates to - Quality is never lost - in English.

In reply, Coach Kiko commented, “Eres un grande Xisco, vamos.”

Both the coaches know eachother well and even their coaching staff are quite familiar. On the day of the announcement of the International Club Partnership, there was a joint session attended by both the Head Coaches as well OFC Assistant Coach Kino Garcia and it was a very healthy conversation where they discussed football and a lot more about their respective lives.

In his recent interview to OFC Media Team, Kino Garcia had said, “Kiko and me, we know Xisco who is the Head Coach of Watford and we know his staff at Watford. It is good that we Spaniards are working in different clubs in different countries and now we are together. Of course, it gives us an advantage. We can go there for pre-season in top facilities and we can share philosophies. That is how it is a win-win situation for us and also for the Hero ISL.”
