Odisha FC will return to competitive action on the 24th of October at the Kalinga Stadium against Maziya S&RC in their third AFC Cup group-stage tie.

There have been a few updates regarding the ISL & AFC Cup Match Venues where the Kalinga Stadium will be used by East Bengal FC for their #ISL10 home game against FC Goa on the 21st of October.

While in the AFC Cup, Mohun Bagan Super Giant will play their home game against Bashundhara Kings at the home of the Kalinga Warriors at 21:30 IST.

The AFC acceded to Odisha FC’s request to play first, on the basis of the club being the home team. With the support of the Department of Sports and Youth Services, Odisha, Mohun Bagan Super Giant’s game was accommodated as per AFC’s competition guidelines on the same day.

Odisha will go up against Maziya S&RC on the same day but will have an early kick-off at 17:30 IST.

SQUAD UPDATES

Club Captain Amrinder Singh has joined the #BlueTigers in Malaysia ahead of the Indian Football Team's preparations for the #PestabolaMerdeka2023 Cup.

Club football takes a break as we head into an international break. Meanwhile, the boys will be returning back to Bhubaneswar on 12th October after a well-deserved break to resume operations.

Head Coach Sergio Lobera had mentioned at a pre-match press conference, how the squad has played 5 games in 19 days and how a break is needed for the boys to recuperate.

In other news, Mourtada Fall will be up for selection after serving his suspension which he suffered in the club's first AFC Cup game against MBSG, boosting Sergio's options for the back-line.

Narender and Aniket are back with the squad after serving their national team duties at the #AsianGames in China. Both of them were involved in our game first #ISL10 away game this season against FC Goa.

The #KalingaWarriors will travel to Kochi for their game against Kerala Blasters on the 27th of October instantly after their #AFCCup encounter against Maziya S&RC on the 24th of October at the Kalinga Stadium.
