Goa sinks Odisha in stoppage time to claim all three points at the Fatorda.

The game kicked off with Sergio Lobera’s side dominating the initial 20 minutes of the game which resulted in the #KalingaWarriors taking an early lead courtesy of captain Mourtada Fall.

Puitea stood over the corner with Jahouh but the midfielder delivered a perfect cross to find Fall at the end of it who blasted it past the keeper to hand Odisha the lead.

Right after the first goal, OFC through intricate play found Jerry on the flanks who delivered a delicious ball in to see Roy who headed it in but was flagged offside.

FC Goa grew into the game as the game went on. The Gaurs created a few chances and came close to scoring but Odisha’s defence stood tall.

As the second half started, Noah was brought down inside the box and the referee pointed to the spot. The Moroccan was asked to retake the penalty, and he did by handing Goa their second of the night.

In the 68th minute, Goa equalized as they pounced on a loose ball in Odisha’s half. Noah made no mistake and put it past Amrinder with ease.

Late in the second half, Ahmed Jahouh and Mourtada Fall combined to bring Odisha on level terms. Yet again from the corner Fall found himself at the end of it who made no mistake and put it past the keeper.

CY was brought on for Carlos Delgado in the dying minutes of the game and came excruciatingly close to put Odisha ahead but his attempt was inches wide from the post.
