Odisha FC Women's Team Squad Update for AFC Women's Champions League Group Stage
Odisha FC Women's team is gearing up for their campaign in the AFC Women's Champions League Group Stage. Despite facing some challenges in the lead-up to the tournament, the team remains determined to make their mark on the continental stage.
One significant setback for the team has been the absence of Elaine, who is unable to participate due to a conflict between the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF) and Federação Portuguesa de Futebol (FPF) regarding the ownership of the player, due to which Elaine has not been granted the International Transfer Certificate (ITC). Additionally, while Munica Minz and Kretina Sangma have been added to the squad, they are still awaiting visa approval and their availability remains uncertain.
To bolster the goalkeeping options, Anjali and Manju have been brought into the squad as replacements for Anshika, who unfortunately suffered an injury just before the team departed for Vietnam.
